Gender pay gap
The Gender Pay Gap reporting regulations came into effect on 5 April 2017, requiring UK organisations with over 250 employees to publish their Gender Pay Gap results annually.
The legislation sets out a precise method by which the gender pay gap should be calculated as well as specifying which figures each company is required to publish. The gender pay gap is determined through sorting employees by their hourly pay, based on their earnings and standard hours as at the snapshot date, and calculating the mean and median pay gap.
AHMM’s Architectural Apprenticeship Scheme
AHMM has been a member of the Apprenticeships in Architecture Trailblazer Group since it was founded in 2016, and offers apprenticeships at level 6 (equivalent to bachelor's degree) and level 7 (equivalent to master's degree). We currently have 4 level 7 apprentices and 1 level 6.
Our apprenticeship scheme for 2020 has now closed and we will not be taking any more applications. Please keep an eye on our website for details regarding 2021 intake, which will be advertised around May/ June.
