The Crescent block of the Television Centre masterplan has been conceived as a curved terrace of five mansion blocks accommodating 270 apartments. As with the Helios Building, the Crescent building is accessed through the former stage door entrance foyer, and via entrances on Wood Crescent.

The Helios and Crescent buildings are separated by the courtyard garden which provides a landscaped communal green space. The facades of both buildings are composed of horizontal bands of brickwork separated by anodised aluminium baguettes and large format sliding doors. Unlike the recessed terraces of the Helios Building the Crescent offers cantilevered balconies, the outer facing facade of the Crescent building follows the same motif with balconies that enjoy views across Hammersmith Park.
