2TVC is an integral part of the redevelopment of the Television Centre masterplan, completing Graham Dawbarn’s original ‘question mark’ plan with a new build ten storey mixed use block. At ground level the forecourt is animated by a range of restaurants and cafes, with access to the office, club and cinema.

The office space is accessed via a wide internal street which cuts through the centre of the building, providing public connections between the forecourt and the wider estate beyond. The atrium at the mid-point of the internal street brings light into the deepest part of the plan, and is crossed at upper levels by angled bridges. Lift, stair, and circulation spaces are clad in board marked concrete, while the use of timber strip cladding and terrazzo floors reference the original retained buildings.

280,000 sqft of office space is spread across the typical floors, and the top three floors are shared with the private members’ club. The large office spaces have generous floor to ceiling heights maximising flexibility for tenants. Completing 2TVC is the club which offers an open air 17 metre rooftop pool.
