This new office development for MidCentral is located within The Half, a growing mixed-use district in north Oklahoma City, USA. Representing the first phase of an anticipated two-phase project, the development will ultimately comprise two complementary buildings designed around a central outdoor amenity space.

Phase one includes a 16,700-square-foot building offering contemporary, adaptable office space. The design incorporates speculative office or retail units on the ground floor, providing tenants with maximum flexibility in use and layout.

Architecturally, the building has a simple yet robust corten steel box rib cladding, chosen for its durability and natural, earthy tones that complement the Oklahoma landscape. Warm wood soffits soften the overall aesthetic, introducing a welcoming contrast and enhancing the building’s sense of craftsmanship and material richness. Together, these elements create a timeless, grounded appearance that is both modern and warm.
