The mixed use Carrington Street scheme replaces three separate buildings located at the southern end of Carrington Street, in the heart of Mayfair: the Carrington Street car park, 51-53 Brick Street and 1-6 Yarmouth Place. The new development includes an eight storey office block with a gym, art gallery, bike store and below ground parking, together with a seven storey residential block with a double height reception. It will also create a direct public connection between Green Park and Shepherd Market.

The new street between the residential and office blocks is activated by a series of entrances into the retail unit and residential lobby on one side and the office lobby and art gallery entrance to the other, while the active street frontage benefits building users and the wider area.
