Tottenham Hale Island Sites is a three building mixed-use development in Haringey providing 619 residential apartments. A mix of market rent, market sale, and shared ownership apartments, as well as office and leisure accommodation help to frame a significant new public space and improved pedestrian connections in the area. The scheme responds to the current lack of public amenities and services for example, with the introduction of a basement accommodating potential communal uses such as a cinema for the enjoyment of the wider community. The market-rent residential scheme offers shared amenity such as gyms and shared kitchens for residents at mezzanine, seventh and nineteenth floors, while a newly created public realm will enliven the town centre and provide amenity for local residents.

As part of a phased construction programme, the first of AHMM's buildings, an 18-storey residential development providing 136 new homes including 80 shared ownership apartments, reached practical completion in June 2023.
