This 4,600 sf apartment was designed for clients who wanted to translate the spirit and styling of their historical family home to the upper floor of a tower in downtown Oklahoma City. Rooms pinwheel around a central parlour in the heart of the plan, creating a sequence of spaces that frame views through perimeter rooms to the landscape beyond, and allowing natural light to permeate. Vestibules and poche space are used to imply a divide between public entertaining areas and private rooms, the guest bedroom suite completely concealed, accessible only through hidden doors in the study bookcases.
