AHMM's work in the education sector has helped to set new standards for learning environments. Despite the uncertain political and financial climate, perhaps best epitomised by the demise of the BSF, our inclusive and collaborative design approach has enabled us to keep building solid and delightful places to learn in variety of settings.
Our commitment to this sector can be seen through early award-winning projects. In 2015 Burntwood School, a state secondary school in south London, won the RIBA Stirling Prize with judges describing it as 'education architecture' as it should be.
