This project involves the renovation of multiple existing buildings at the corner of NE 36th Street and MLK Avenue, formerly known as the USAR Krowse Center. The renovation is for the current tenants, the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office and Oklahoma County Emergency Management, to enhance their ongoing missions supporting all Oklahoma County residents.

A new site strategy includes dedicated entries for both the public and staff. The main building entry for the Sheriff's Office is to be enhanced with a re-imagined public lobby, promoting their mission to be the foundation on which everyone in Oklahoma County may thrive, by strengthening public trust and ensuring safe, secure environments.

A new emergency operations center (EOC) is to be constructed adjacent to the existing emergency management building. This will allow the organization to provide progressive and professional planning, and cooperative and efficient service to Oklahoma County residents, before, during, and after a major emergency or disaster.
