Medley Market Place is a retrofit scheme that restores the historic Chevrolet Motor Company Building and builds a new neighbouring structure to provide spacious downtown loft apartments, secure parking, market hall, pickleball courts and multiple bars.

Located in the Automobile Alley Historic District of Oklahoma City, originally a commercial district that included more that two thirds of the city’s car dealerships, the area has been redeveloped and is now home to some of the city’s most popular restaurants and attractions.

The existing site comprises two buildings: a former commercial building to the north of the site which will be demolished, and the former Chevrolet building to the south. On completion, the transformed Chevrolet building will create a market hall at ground level with visitor parking and 24 generous for-lease apartments above. At the first floor the west facing apartments will benefit from generous private open air patios.

The new two storey north building will provide secure parking at ground level, primarily used for residents’, with 6 pickleball courts and bar above.

The two buildings are linked by a new external core acting as a front door to the new apartments. The development is further enhanced with landscaping and improved parking surfaces to support future retail.
