Located off of W 1st Street in downtown Edmond in Oklahoma, Festival Market Place will house Prairie Artisan Ales brewery on level 1 with a large taproom, which has direct access off the brick promenade, and an indoor golf entertainment bar on level 2 characterized on the exterior by the inverted arch window, in a new 8,300 square foot building.
Orientating itself to promote the existing axis of the Kentucky Daisy Monument and plaza, the new building continues the connection between the farmers market and the Edmond Railyards by utilizing two large brick archways to create a natural thoroughfare through the ground floor of the building.
The brick facades and two-story massing respond directly to the context of the historical downtown area but utilizes a modern interpretation of the brick fenestration and detailing.
