Gender Pay Gap
The Gender Pay Gap reporting regulations came into effect on 5 April 2017, requiring UK organisations with over 250 employees to publish their Gender Pay Gap results annually. 

The legislation sets out a precise method by which the gender pay gap should be calculated as well as specifying which figures each company is required to publish.

Architectural Apprenticeship Scheme
The practice is a founder member of the Apprenticeships in Architecture Trailblazer Group, and offers apprenticeships at level 6 (equivalent to bachelor's degree) and level 7 (equivalent to master's degree).

BIM Manager

AHMM is looking to employ an experienced BIM Manager in our London office, supporting the Head of Digital Design and the Digital Design Group to provide additional capacity in supporting projects in their interactions of BIM delivery with client, design and construction teams.

The role requires liaising with external parties, architectural teams and other support departments and will provide knowledge transfer to new and existing staff. We are keen to hear from Qualified Architects about a number of current opportunities in our London studio.

You will have three or more years post-part III experience, excellent design skills, good construction knowledge and the ability to think strategically. Competency in Revit is also an advantage.

Assistant to Technical Team

AHMM’s reputation as a leading practice is underpinned by our ability to deliver well designed buildings that are robustly specified, detailed and well built. To enhance this ambition, we have built up an experienced Technical Design Team to act as an integral part of the design process. Part of their work involves collating and making accessible information developed on current projects so that this intelligence can be made available to future projects though the publication of office wide guidance, research and archive material.
