Since joining AHMM in 2011, Marc has worked on a number of projects across various sectors, including several acclaimed and award-winning projects such as The Ray, the new UK headquarters for technology company Linkedin which replaces an outdated and unattractive building with a contemporary reinterpretation of the surrounding brick warehouses, providing a mix of offices, affordable workspace, hospitality and retail set within new and enhanced areas of public realm.

One of Marc’s most significant projects is The Rowe which merges old and new, with a six-storey extension added to the top of the former Cass School of Art and Architecture building in Whitechapel. More recently, he has overseen the completion of Carrington Street, a new development including an eight-storey office block with a seven-storey residential building of 28 super prime apartments in the heart of Mayfair.

Marc has significant residential experience, particularly in the co-living and student housing sectors and navigating planning discussions across several London boroughs. He is currently overseeing the development of No1 Blackhorse Lane which will deliver innovative co-living accommodation for 272 residential apartments with a series of shared residential amenity spaces, ground floor retail and a purpose-built music and comedy venue in Waltham Forest and just the team for the successful reserved matters planning permission for 1,059 new homes in Cricklewood, Barnet.

Outside his project work, Marc is currently a member of Tower Hamlets’ Conservation and Design Advisory Panel.
