Thomas studied and taught design studio at Cambridge University, and joined the practice in 2005. He has worked on projects in the UK and USA including Soho Place, Sunshine House, LEVEL Urban Apartments and The Hart Building, and had a lead role in the practice’s work for Google at King’s Cross. Most recently he has been leading Soho Place, a major mixed use development including the first new theatre for many years in central London, as well as a new mixed use campus in central Cambridge. He maintains an interest in education and mentoring, and also acts as an external competition juror and design review panel member. Tom was made a Director in 2021.
