Vlad is a design-orientated architect who joined AHMM in 2012 after working for other design-led practices delivering ambitious projects from concept to completion. At AHMM he has worked on award-winning schemes across residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.

Vlad was Project Architect for Barns Road in Oxford, leading the delivery of the RIBA-award winning development integrating affordable housing, a community centre, and facilities for homelessness charity Emmaus. He has also been a key member of the design team for a number of large residential projects including Carrington Street in Mayfair, and the Royal Street Masterplan.

More recently, Vlad has played a pivotal role in securing planning consent for 1 Victoria Street, a landmark mixed-use development adjacent to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Westminster Abbey and the Palace of Westminster. He has also been instrumental in shaping a new generation of high-profile commercial projects within the City of London including One Broadgate and Edge Shoreditch.

Vlad is a creative designer and has a strong interest in computational design, technology, sustainability and innovation, which enables efficient project development. He was made an Associate in 2022.
