Rosa joined AHMM in 2012, bringing experience from leading practices in Germany, Spain and the UK, where she has been based since 2006. Her work at AHMM includes residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects, with a focus on early-stage design, brief development, and delivering complex planning permissions.
At the award-winning White Collar Factory, a mixed-use campus at Old Street Yard comprising offices, studios, incubator spaces, and restaurants, she oversaw the 45,000 sqft fit-out for The Office Group. The project included the first design and implementation of AHMM’s bespoke ‘Jackwall’ system.
More recently, Rosa secured planning permission for the highly complex and sensitive redevelopment of The Galleries Shopping Centre in Bristol, a major city-centre masterplan creating new homes, workspace, and retail. This included authoring a comprehensive volume of design codes, developed in close consultation with the local authority. She is currently leading a 300-unit co-living scheme in Fulham.
Rosa has the knowledge, experience and design ability to unlock complex projects, as well as careful listening and strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Rosa was made an Associate in 2025.
