Kinder is a design-focused architect with experience across a broad range of sectors including housing, office, education, healthcare, retail, arts and conservation. He has in-depth knowledge of all stages of design, construction and management that brings clarity to complex ideas and processes. Since joining the practice in 2010 Kinder has been responsible for the design, development and delivery of a number of complex, small and large-scale award-winning projects with a variety of clients. Kinder was Project Architect on the award winning Royal Court Theatre in Liverpool, a Grade II listed art deco building and much-loved theatre. He has most recently been leading mixed use schemes for the Aylesham Centre in south London and O2 Centre in north London. Kinder was made an Associate in 2021.
