Prior to working for AHMM, Jason worked an award-winning practice in Frankfurt, Germany, where he gained valuable experience working at varied scales from large scale, infrastructural urban design to small scale urban interventions and product design.

Since joining AHMM in 2012, Jason has aided the completion and hand over of Waverley School; an RIBA Award winning BSF school in Birmingham and worked on the regeneration of the former BBC Television Centre in White City, London. This complex masterplan included significant heritage considerations, urban intensification and major residential and commercial components.

More recently, Jason has worked on building a more significant body of work more local to Bristol where is based. He has been a core part of the design team working with the University of Bristol to bring significant regeneration to the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, leading the second phase of the University’s Innovation campus including the design and delivery of the TQEC Research Hub; the reinvention of two former gas sheds into a dedicated state-of-the-art research facility for the Bristol Design Futures Institute and Myworld.

Jason is heavily involved in developing new opportunities for the practice and he frequently engages in design competitions and high-level feasibility studies to demonstrate the development opportunity of challenging sites. In addition to his project commitments, Jason has been a guest critic and lecturer at both Bath and Cardiff Universities, actively mentor’s junior architects in practice and sits on the Design West regional review panel.

Jason was made an Associate in 2025.
