After graduating and working for five years in Dublin, Dermot joined AHMM in 2011 and has worked on the delivery of a number of key projects, recently completing a mixed use office and residential scheme at Nottingdale Campus for Adena Properties. Prior to this he completed the residential component of the 240 Blackfriars Road development and secured significant planning permissions for residential and office schemes in Hackney London. Since the completion of these projects Dermot has been leading the AHMM team on a new office scheme in the Dublin Docklands area. He spends a portion of his time split between Dublin and London managing the Irish design team and the client relationships. In London he has most recently been developing a new masterplan for the Nottingdale Campus which includes two further sites totalling 400,000sft of office floor space and a campus wide landscaping and placemaking strategy. Dermot was made an Associate in 2021.
