David Kahn
Associate

David joined AHMM in 2016, prior to which he worked for a number of years for London practices where he was Project Architect or Senior Architect on a range of different projects in the commercial, education, cultural and residential sectors. These included a mixed commercial development at 131 Sloane Street for the Cadogan Estate for Stiff & Trevillion Architects and the King Solomon Academy for 990 pupils for Ian Ritchie Architects. At AHMM, David was a key member of the team working on the Civic Trust Award winning Post Building, which has transformed the former West Central mail sorting office on New Oxford Street into a new mixed use building including office, retail and affordable housing. He has most recently been working on the redevelopment of a listed office building on London’s South Bank. David’s architectural interests are for projects with a clear strategy, civic and social values, and a strong sense of space, context and materials. He was made an Associate in 2021.
