Sam joined AHMM in 2014 after working for 18 years at a senior level in a leading London practice. She has worked across private residential, office and industrial workplace sectors for both public and private clients and has extensive experience in brief development and client engagement. Since joining AHMM Sam has been involved in a luxury residential development in Marylebone; the refurbishment of three listed buildings for residential use at Royal Arsenal in Woolwich; and the fit-out of Stanhope's new London office in New Oxford Street. She is currently leading the transformation of the Grade II listed Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel into a new town hall for Tower Hamlets. Sam was promoted to Associate Director in 2021, and in 2022 was elected as an Employee Director of AHMM’s Employee Ownership Trust..
