Nisha joined AHMM in 2009 to work on a key education project in Dagenham which was part of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme. A highly experienced architect, she has worked across a range of sectors including education, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and masterplanning.

Throughout her time at AHMM, Nisha has contributed to several major projects, including the Brentford Masterplan, a mixed-use scheme revitalising Brentford High Street, The Library at Willesden Green, a modern cultural centre providing a library, community and performance spaces, and Bream Street, a residential led scheme adjacent to the Lee Navigation. She has also worked on multiple phases of Deptford Landings, including Plot 6, a fully affordable residential development, and Plot 5, a residential led mixed-use scheme including residential homes, student accommodation, and commercial and retail uses.

More recently, Nisha has led the design of Twyford Abbey, a residential led masterplan that saves and sympathetically restores a derelict Grade II listed manor house and original walled garden in Ealing. She has also led Liberty House in Hammersmith, a mixed-use development that brings together a new high-quality hotel, and state-of-the-art office and lab facility, alongside other significant London-based projects.

Nisha has strong visual communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard. She is an active mentor within the practice and a member of AHMM’s Wellbeing Group. Nisha was promoted to Associate in 2022 and Associate Director in 2025.
