Lukas joined Allford Hall Monaghan Morris in 2010 and began working on Burntwood School, the 2015 RIBA Stirling Prize winning secondary school campus in south London. He was involved with the project from design inception through to completion in 2014. He has most recently been leading Taberner House in the centre of Croydon for developer HUB, a regeneration project that will deliver 513 new homes for sale and rent adjacent to a revitalised public park. Lukas was promoted to Associate in 2018 and Associate Director in 2021.
