Louise joined the practice in 2007 after studying and working in Dublin for six years on one-off houses and small to medium sized residential and commercial projects. At AHMM, she has worked on key projects including Soho Place, the University of Amsterdam and Chobham Academy in Stratford. Louise became a senior architect in 2014 and has since worked across many sectors including office, commercial and residential. She was the project architect for 1 New Burlington Place, a multi-storey office building over retail which also contains a listed townhouse, returned to its original use as a single dwelling after having been used as small office units. More recently Louise was project architect for a new family home in Wimbledon and led a team to design an incubator office building at Alconbury Weald in Cambridgeshire. She has most recently been leading the team for Lansdowne House, a new office building on the south side of Berkeley Square in London. She was promoted to Associate in 2021 and Associate Director the following year.
