Lloyd Spencer
Associate Director

Prior to joining AHMM in 2012, Lloyd was an Associate at a prestigious London practice where he worked on a variety of large scale masterplans, regeneration masterplans and housing schemes. Before this, he gained valuable experience on a number of public realm projects and a key office building fit out to the Palestra Building, which became TfL’s principal headquarters building. At AHMM, Lloyd has worked on a number of the practice’s key schemes, including Grand Union Studios, the St. John Bosco Masterplan and the design competition for New Scotland Yard. He has led the team delivering the transformative masterplan for Television Centre in west London and, at a smaller scale, the creation of an innovative new showroom space for builders’ merchant EH Smith in Clerkenwell. Lloyd has most recently been leading AHMM’s work on the delivery of the Brentford masterplan and a masterplan for Purfleet. He became an Associate in 2014 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2022.
