Haydn joined the practice in 2007, having previously held senior roles at a range of firms – from a small design-led studio to an interdisciplinary multinational. With a particular interest in complex projects, Haydn worked for four years on the conception and coordination of the University of Amsterdam project, and led the project team delivering 240 Blackfriars Road, a commercial office tower and neighbouring residential building on the south bank of the river Thames. He has most recently been leading work on a significant tall building near London Bridge and a complex mixed use scheme in central London. He was promoted to Associate in 2014 and Associate Director in 2021.
