Flora joined AHMM in 2012 after working in high profile practices in France. Since joining AHMM, Flora has gained experience in a wide range of sectors from retail to office. She has also acted as a BIM expert practice-wide and was made an Associate in 2021 and an Associate Director in 2025.

Flora led the Market Building as part of the Hawley Wharf masterplan in Camden Town from design development to completion on site. It is a 10,000 sqm new-build six-storey building with market space, co-working, rooftop restaurants and public roof terraces.

More recently she has been Project Architect on the recently completed Urbanest Battersea, the first major PassivHaus student housing development in London and from early stages to planning on the Millennium Mills masterplan, a mixed-use scheme involving both new build and extensive refurbishment.

Flora is currently Project Architect on 1 Moor Lane, the sustainability-led redevelopment of the building formerly known as Milton Gate for developer Brookfield Properties into 300,000 square feet of new grade-A offices set in a revitalised public realm.
