East Oxford Street granted planning

Planning permission has been granted for a new mixed-use retail and office development at the eastern end of Oxford Street in London. The new building connects Oxford Street and Soho Square, preserving a Grade II listed building as well as a series of retained facades of historic merit. Accessed from Soho Square, a new public roof garden will provide far-reaching views across Soho and the West End.
