No1 Blackhorse Lane tops out 03.06.25
On Thursday 29 May the team for No1 Blackhorse Lane celebrated the topping out of the building at a ceremony on site with the client Morro, and wider project team.
The redevelopment of the site, previously home to The Standard public house, located opposite Blackhorse Lane station will deliver innovative co-living accommodation for 321 residential apartments with a series of shared residential amenity spaces, ground floor public café, ground floor retail unit and a purpose-built music and comedy venue.
The new building presents a different urban approach to a key junction in the area with a series of stepped planted terraces that seeks to mediate between the established low rise residential buildings along Forest Road to the east and the newer taller buildings of the Blackhorse Lane Masterplan to the west.
The project is due to complete at the end of 2025.
