40 Argyll Street on site 28.04.25

Works are in progress at 40 Argyll Street, the refurbishment of the office element of the redeveloped Dickins and Jones Department store, a Grade II listed building within the Regent Street Conservation Area.

Extensive works, carried out by contractor Mace, include three floors of Cat A fit-out, new end-of-journey facilities, and a rooftop terrace and sky room pavilion, all while the building remains operational.

With a strong commitment to sustainable delivery, 40 Argyll Street is targeting an upfront carbon target of A1 to A5 which is below 200 kgCO2e/m, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL Enabled ‘Gold’ and NABERS rating of 4.5*.

This landmark project will be setting new standards in low-carbon, high-performance workspaces.
