BT pre-lets Assembly Bristol 21.10.19
BT, the multinational telecommunications company, has agreed to a twenty year pre-let of Assembly Bristol. The eleven-storey office block is the first phase of the development and one of three new buildings on the site. Its expressed steel frame construction allows for uninterrupted floorspace, with private external terraces at each floor. Due for competition in 2020, the first staff are set to move into the 201,000 sq ft property in 2021.
