A mixed-use development in the centre of Leeds. The commercial space is on two floors at street and first floor level. The 55 flats above are entered by way of a new private courtyard at first floor level. The external elevation to the city is a robust and lively combination of a brick-clad structural frame with glazing and graduated coloured Sicillian lava slabs from yellow through green to blue.
