Two colourful towers, one 16 storeys of offices the other 27 storeys of apartments, rise from a city block-sized retail podium. The site is adjacent to the Liver Building on Liverpool’s historic waterfront. This scheme brings 161 apartments to the area at the same time as providing 15,000 sqm of accommodation for businesses. All the apartments were sold before the project was completed.
