This three storey office building has been carved out of a tight, landlocked former timber-yard site. The 11,500 sq ft open plan scheme is organized as three individually lettable glazed blocks overlooking a courtyard containing the reception lobby and services. The two side blocks are clad in glazing of varying degrees of transparency translucency mediated by coloured solid opening vent panels.
