Located between a railway viaduct and a city street on an unusual linear city site, this masterplan and arches scheme has two development areas (Glenn Howells Architects is responsible for the western site) flanking a new pocket square. On the eastern site a mixed use development comprising a 10-storey apartment block marks the new square with a 5-storey block containing office and retail space beyond.
