The first phase of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris’s development of Notting Hill Village is the Yellow Building, a 15,000, seven-level, atrium-based headquarters for fashion company, Monsoon Accessorize.

The second phase of Notting Hill Village includes a seven storey speculative office building, a seven storey light industrial building and a three storey high spec residential building. The principal form of the residential building is based on a simple rectangular form and has been developed around the idea of subtracting and adding volumes to the basic shape to articulate entrances and balconies, as well as creating connections to private landscaped areas.

Notting Hill Village Phase 3 is a 45 bedroom boutique hotel which sits adjacent to the residential building consolidating the existing urban block and street frontage. Together the two buildings form a pair of ‘urban villas’ on the site corresponding in shape, volume, material and window treatment.
