A new secondary school on the site of the existing Kirk Balk School in Hoyland, Barnsley as part of Phase One of Barnsley’s Building Schools for the Future Programme.
The aspiration is for the school to serve its community as a whole to create a vibrant learning culture. As the largest public building in the village, it will serve as a beacon which welcomes learners of all ages.
The specialism of Technology, along with vocational studies is at the heart of the school’s ethos and will be reflected in the design and school’s identity to provide a welcoming and stimulating environment.
