This project involves the alteration and renovation of an existing two-story bindery structure into a two-family dwelling with the addition of an attached garage, roof terrace and associated site and landscape improvements. The existing brick shell will be preserved and reinforced with a new internal steel structure and roof preserving the historic character of the facades while generous views of downtown OKC will be afforded by a new rooftop terrace.
