This mixed-use project is the first phase of the redevelopment of Barking for client Redrow Regeneration & London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. 246 one and two bedroom flats in two new six storey blocks sit above a totally revitalised and extended library facing a new town square.
The new Barking Learning Centre provides conference facilities, a one-stop-shop, café, art gallery and classrooms as well as the library facilities. These new amenities have created a new, vibrant heart for Barking, setting high standards in quality and sustainability.
