The Yellow Building
London. 2008
- Project Details
- Completion: 2008
- Cost: £32 Million
- Clients: Nottingdale Ltd / Monsoon Accessorize
The Yellow Building is an environmentally smart, thermally massive/structurally light building that suggests the office of the future can be as delightful to work in as the factories of the past are to re-inhabit. It is a seven storey, 161,500 square foot headquarters building designed to accommodate the staff and design departments of Monsoon Accessorize, as well as showcase the unique Monsoon Art Collection. As the first of four phases of development at Notting Dale Village, the building acts as a catalyst for the regeneration of the entire site by creating a landmark within the cityscape.
