Kingswood College of Arts is a proposal for a new school to be delivered under the BSF programme to replace an existing School on the same site. The existing building, built in the 1980s as a passive solar energy school, was seen as groundbreaking at the time, but its layout of small cellular classrooms and narrow corridors has been seen as a barrier to delivering the transformational learning agenda that the school aspires to.
