Together with the Yellow Building, the White and Studio Buildings work to rejuvenate an area badly isolated by the construction of the West Cross Route. Future phases will continue this, stitching together a coherent place with an appropriate local character. The White and Studio Buildings are an expression of a simple industrial aesthetic. Offering 184,050 square feet of open floor space.
