- Project Details
- Completion: 2001
- Cost: £10 Million
- Clients: Monsoon Accessorize / Wymore
This iconic structure was built in 1968 as a maintenance depot for British Rail vehicles and is a highly visible landmark near an elevated motorway that is a major gateway to London.
The mosaic-clad exterior has been cleaned and restored to its former glory. The interior has been reworked carefully to provide space and environmental controls appropriate for the day-to-day operations of a modern tenant whilst retaining original features. It now provides 30,000 square feet of office space with chilled beams for air conditioning, heating and lighting.
