This project has knitted together of a group of 1940s Hatton Garden office buildings. Approximately 185,150 square feet of office space has been created, accompanied by three adjacent buildings containing 14 flats and jewellery workshops. A mix of high quality concrete and natural material finishes has resulted in cool-toned interiors, whilst the new-build element is faced in glazed bricks in the traditional manner of city courtyards. The project has increased the total lettable floor area by 50% and set new standards in the speculative office market.
