Clearwater Yard is a three storey office building that has been carved out of a tightly-landlocked former timber yard. The 11,500 square foot open plan scheme is organised as three individually lettable blocks overlooking a courtyard containing the reception lobby and services. The massing strategy for the site was largely influenced by its planning constraints, including a listed wall, a preserved tree and the need to address overlooking concerns. The two side blocks have been clad in a glazing scheme of varying degrees of transparency and translucency, mediated by coloured vent panels.
