STEPHEN RITCHIE

Stephen Ritchie

STEPHEN RITCHIE WAS BORN IN LONDON IN 1967 AND WAS EDUCATED AT
THE UNIVERCITY OF DUNDEE

Stephen gained experience in several well-known London practices before joining Allford Hall Monaghan Morris in 2003.

Stephen was recruited to run what was then the practice’s largest project, the award-winning £60M mixed-use Unity scheme in Liverpool, completed earlier this year. While directing the Unity project Stephen has also taken the lead on a series of successful design competition entries including two mixed-use regeneration schemes, Wolstenholme Square in Liverpool’s Ropeworks district

and the Old Canal Quarter in nearby Runcorn, along with a new-build office scheme in Soho’s Golden Square.

Stephen was made an Associate Director in 2005 and is now responsible, in conjunction with the practice’s HR Manager, for maintaining an overview of the practice’s training, CPD and CDM programmes as well as providing support to the practice’s Environmental Action Group. Stephen also plays a strategic role in the development and implementation of the practic’s job costing system.
