MORAG TAIT

Morag Tait

MORAG TAIT WAS BORN IN 1966 AND WAS EDCUTED AT EDINBURGH
UNIVERSITY AND KINGSTON POLYTECNIC

After a spell as a Project Architect in London, Morag joined Allford Hall Monaghan Morris in 1999.

Morag has worked on a wide variety of projects including housing, commercial and healthcare projects. She is currently directing projects across a range of sectors including the first key-worker housing scheme to be realised under the Government’s London Wide initiative at Adelaide Wharf, Hackney and a mixed use masterplan in Union Street, Southwark. Most recently Morag directed the team which won the practice’s

first major commission in Europe,
the redevelopment of the University of Amsterdam’s Roeterseiland campus.

Morag was made an Associate Director in 2005. She co-ordinates and chairs the practice’s regular Project Architect reporting meetings and has formal responsibility for internal Design and Technology Reviews. Morag developed the practice’s Projects Manual and continues to take a lead role in the development and implementation of standard office procedures and risk management across the practice.
