Philip Turner

Associate Director

Philip Turner joined AHMM in 2001, having previously worked for a number of practices, including Richard Meier & Partners, New York, and Foster & Partners, London.
Over the last 10 years Philip has worked on a wide range of projects at AHMM that include offices for advertising agency Mother, Southwark Childcare Development Centre in Peckham, Nido student residences in Kings Cross and the recently finished Chobham Academy in the 2012 Athletes Village.
Philip leads a team committed to a mix of projects at a range of scales and across a wide variety of building sectors. These include a significant new retail building on Oxford Street, masterplanning for the redevelopment of Alconbury airfield, and two projects on Regent Street for the Crown Estate.Philip currently teaches Diploma Unit 16 with Simon Herron and Susanne Isa at the Greenwich University School of Architecture.

Susan Le Good

Associate Director

Susan has played a key role in many of the practice’s award-winning projects over the past 12 years including Walsall Bus Station, the Broadgate Health Club and Jubilee Primary School.

Susan was made an Associate Director in 2005 and now takes the lead in having a practice-wide view of project resources and recruitment requirements while having formal responsibility for co-ordinating the work-load of the practice’s model-making workshop. 

Debby Ray

Associate Director

Debby worked at leading practices in New York and London before joining the practice in 2005.

Debby was Project Architect for Westminster Academy, London, and is a key member of AHMM’s EAT (Environmental Action Team) group which promotes and coordinates the practice’s sustainability aims across all its work. Debby is also a guest critic at the Bartlett, University of Westminster and RPI.

Debby was made Associate Director in 2008 and remains heavily involved in the practice’s education work through projects for Birmingham BSF’s Waverley School and several other BSF and Academies Framework projects.

Robert Romanis

Wade Scaramucci

Associate Director

Wade gained experience in practices in Los Angeles, New York, Dubai and London before joining the practice in 2005 as a Project Architect.

Wade has worked on a broad variety of projects since he joined the practice, including Horseferry House, the global headquarters for the fashion house Burberry and the Angel Building in Islington. His most recent projects include Hampstead Road, a mixed used office and residential scheme in Camden and a number of projects in the United States.

Wade was promoted to Associate Director in 2008 and assists with the coordination of design and management issues within the practice.

Morag Tait

Associate Director

Morag joined the practice in 1999. Since then Morag has worked on a wide variety of housing, commercial and healthcare projects, including the first key-worker housing scheme to be realised under the Government's London Wide initiative at Adelaide Wharf, Hackney. She is currently directing projects across a range of sectors, including Norwood Hall Joint Services Centre, a health and leisure centre as well as mixed use housing projects in Camden and Stoke Newington.

Morag was made an Associate Director in 2005. She co-ordinates and chairs the practice's regular Project Architect reporting meetings and has formal responsibility for internal Design Stage Reviews.

Stephen Taylor

Associate Director

After graduation Stephen worked in Bath for three years, qualifying there as an architect, before joining the practice in 2001.

Since joining the practice Stephen has been responsible for directing a number of projects including the Johnson Building in 2006 and most recently the White Collar Factory project at City Road. During almost ten years with the practice Stephen has developed a specific expertise in mixed-use commercial developments and masterplans, such as Burberry's headquarters at Horseferry House, the Biscuit Factory development and a landmark project on Charing Cross Road.

Stephen was made Associate Director in 2005 and since 2007 set-up and manages the practice's Bristol Office alongside its 14 staff.
